All 12 of us had a wonderful time on your river tubing tour. My husband and I had done this before and thought that our friends would enjoy it too. We choose the private charter sunset cruise as part of our wedding day celebrations and it was fantastic! All of our guests had a great time. The catamaran was perfect, the staff was wonderful, and the food and drink was perfect. The DJ and the staff were very entertaining and I appreciated how they included a 'frist dance' and some dances for the wedding party. They were very good at getting everyone involved and made sure everyone was having a good time.

I would like to say that our group was VERY happy with our tubing/beach adventure. It was such a nice change from the large groups that you get stuck with if you book through the cruise line. Alphonso was our driver and he was AWESOME!! I had read great reviews on him on your web site and he lived up to his reputation. From the minute he picked us up he made sure we were looked after and had everything that we needed. The two guys that were with us on the tubing trip we also great, Shawn and Vivian. They made sure we were safe and had a good time. Patrick our server on the beach was also great.

I was nervous booking a tour through the internet since we were a group of girls with kids and was afraid it might not be safe...but it was. I can honestly say that our horseback riding adventure was the BEST part of our entire honeymoon. The driver was early and very helpful. The guides were AMAZING! We learned so much about Jamaica, the horses, the stables, and them personally. It was such a great time. I was very sad to see it end. That was my new husband's first time on a horse and he really enjoyed it. I will definitely look to book tours through Jaital again.

I will say that we did not enjoy our time at Dunns River Falls but it was in no way any thing to do with your tour. The park itself was overran with people hustling and selling and bothering us. I would have rather spent extra time on the horse. Our driver, Alfonso, was great in warning us about these people before he dropped us off. So we were prepared but still didn't enjoy the tour. I was nervous at first booking through Jaital.com I had never heard of it before and this was also my first time out of the country. We had an excellent time on our Zip line adventure. The guides did an amazing job. They checked my harness at every point before I got in the zip line. I felt very secure. I, along with the 7 other people that booked with your services, had the best experience! Bryan was our tour guide and he was AMAZING! He was so informative and knowledgeable. Nothing short of perfect. I was soo releived with the entire process of booking. All of our guides we encountered were only courteous and entertaining! It was a wonderful change from the first time i booked with another company when we came to jamaica in May. Thank you for your strong service and impeccable company standards! The best part of the safari was the abandoned plan and the story behind it. I also loved the plants and fruits that we encountered which really provides nice background knowlege of how Jamaican's live and eat. The zipling was awesome. The tour guides were super helpful and treated us like we were VIP. Being that we were a smaller group we loved all the interaction with the tour guides and could be open to ask lots of questions. Overall, it was a great excursion and the staff were friendly and outgoing and know how to have a good time. Susan H.
 

We had a awesome time on our tour. We went water tubing and the Dunn's river both were GREAT! Our driver was so nice and went out of his way to make us happy; he even took us by a store to buy some gifts. I highly recommend Jaital, we will use them every time. To go to a different place in the world that you've never been before can be pretty scary, not knowing what your surroundings are or how well you'll be treated. But when our driver, Carlton, arrived from that moment until he dropped us off, we had the best experience! He was right on time and made sure we were comfortable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Jamaica and our surroundings. He drove us to Dunn's River Falls and without us even asking, offered to take our pictures the entire climb up the falls. When I returned home, everyone was amazed and asked, "Did you hire your own photographer? THese are great!" Before we headed to our next destination, he took us to a local place that we would have never found on our own to eat, Scotchies. This was incredible food and we felt we got the real Jamaican experience. He filled us with so much information as we ate. He then took us to Hooves and we insisted he rode with us! We had a great time at Dunns River Falls. Our driver, George was nice and acommodating. He took us shopping afterwards and we bought lots of things at reasonable prices. George got us back to the ship in plenty of time. Thank you so much for your assistance in helping us book our excursion to Dunns River Falls. Part I: We're back on the ship, of course, and making our way to Grand Cayman, but I couldn't wait to tell you what a wonderful day we had with Cliffy today!! He made our day in Jamaica perfect and all had a blast!!! We will definitely be recommending you and Cliff to anyone we know coming to Jamaica, and we will definitely be looking you both up again on our next trip. We only wish we could have Cliff as our tour guide on every island we stop at!!

My family just recently was in Jamaica and took a tour with your  company. Just as a start our tour guide awesome. He showed us all around Montego Bay and was awesome at giving us the history of Jamaica. He was very friendly and would stop anywhere we wanted to stop for photos and more. We will use your company again on our next trip to Jamaica. We had a party of 6 and each of us had a wonderful time. We were expecting to be picked up at the dock with a large group and dropped off at Dunns Falls. What a surprised to find we had a wonderful, professional, personal guide for the day! Our day in Jamaica was the best port of our trip due to our tour guide and your company.
