After waiting about an hour for our luggage that did not all arrive! we were exhausted and it was a nice luxury to have a private drive straight to the resort. Our drivers each way were excellent drivers and we felt safe! They were on time as well. The vehicles were top notch. He was absolutely wonderful and gave us lots of information about the area and was very friendly and courteous, and let's not forget very patient with us with our requests for several stops on the way to the Hotel! . We are very glad we decided to go with the private transfer vs the Superclubs bus - money well spent, and we will most definitely do it again if we are lucky enough to come back someday! The trip to and from the airport using your transportation services was a good experience. The driver was very professional and knowledgeable about the city landmarks, and non-aggressive regarding tips and wages for the services. The greeting hostess were a little aggressive in directing travelers to the proper line for transportation registration. However, the driver made up for it by being friendly and professional. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff. Upon arriving, we went to the desk and were promptly taken care of. There was a little confusion with the shuttle, as the shuttle we were brought to was full so we had to wait for the next one. But not a big deal, we were given constant updates as to when the next shuttle was arriving. When the next shuttle arrived we were dropped off at our hotel. For transport back to the airport, our shuttle arrived on time and brought us back to the airport as planned. Everyone associated with your team was kind and courteous.
